Within Austria: Shipping is free for orders over 200 EUR.
For orders under 200 EUR we charge a shipping fee of 4.90 EUR

Europe-wide: Shipping is free for orders over 200 EUR.
For orders under 200 EUR we charge a shipping fee of 11.90 EUR

We ship the order within 3 working days. Shipping within Austria usually takes 2-5 working days. Please expect longer delivery times outside of Austria.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a link to track your shipment.

Orders can only be changed if they have not yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible by email: atelier@lackenau.com or via the contact form on the website.

To return an order or individual items, please fill out the return form on our website. You will then receive a confirmation from us with further information and the address to which the return should be sent.

Orders can be returned within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason. It’s important that items are unused, unwashed, in like-new condition, and returned in their original packaging. Please use our return form on the website for this process.

Shipping costs will only be refunded if the entire order is returned.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the goods were delivered incorrectly or defectively.

As soon as we have received your return, we will send you a confirmation of receipt. After a thorough inspection, any payments made will be refunded to the original payment method within 14 days.

After receiving the goods, you have 14 days to return the items to us. Please fill out the return form on our website and send the items back as soon as possible.

lackenau is a Vienna-based fashion brand that designs timeless, classic models made from high-quality fabrics. The focus is on everyday fashion that impresses with its quality, durability and sustainability.

At lackenau, we primarily use materials from existing resources. This refers to leftover stock that would otherwise remain in warehouses or to to waist. These are high-quality, carefully selected fabrics that are only available in limited quantities. By using deadstock materials, wonderful garments can be created without consuming new energy. It is a resource-conserving alternative to conventional material sourcing. In addition we also use certified organic fabrics.

Lackenau's garments are designed in Vienna and sewn in smaller production companies in Hungary. The personal insights and regular exchange with the manufacturers are highly valued at lackenau.

We place great importance on short transport distances, which is why our selected manufacturers are located within a 190 km radius of Vienna.

To avoid overproduction, lackenau focuses on small batches. Since we work with limited fabric quantities, most garments are available in very limited numbers and usually cannot be reproduced in the same fabric.
