Cancellation & Return

Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the ordered goods, without providing a reason. The cancellation must be made in writing (via the return form on the website or by email) and by returning the goods. It is sufficient for the withdrawal statement to be sent within the deadline. In the event of withdrawal, a full or partial refund of the purchase price will only be made in exchange for the return of the goods received by the customer. Customized or made-to-order items are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Return

If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the customer is obligated to return the goods. The customer must return the goods immediately (at the latest within 14 days from the day the customer sent the notice of withdrawal to lackenau). The cost of the return is borne by the customer, unless the delivered goods do not match the ordered items.

The customer must return the goods unused, in a "new" resellable condition, and in the original packaging. For items that are damaged or affected by signs of use, lackenau will charge a reasonable fee for depreciation. The same applies if accessories or parts are missing upon return. In the case of returning damaged or used goods, lackenau expressly reserves the right to claim compensation.

To avoid the loss of the package, we strongly recommend sending the package insured with a tracking number. If the goods are returned freight collect, lackenau is entitled to withhold or charge the corresponding amount.

Refund

If the customer lawfully exercises the right of withdrawal, lackenau will refund any payments made within 14 days. Shipping costs already paid will only be refunded if the entire order is returned. The period begins when the goods are sent back.
